INTERNATIONAL FINE WINE AUCTION & CELEBRITY CHEF DINNER
Benefiting the American Heart Association
Côtes du Coeur is one of the premier fine wine auctions in the world and the largest event of its kind in the Southwest. It’s the only wine auction for the American Heart Association in the state of Texas
and one of the largest fundraisers for the Dallas Division. Côtes du Coeur will be held on Friday,
April 18, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency at Reunion Hotel.
The evening features cuisine from 13 of the finest celebrity chefs. Each meal is specially paired with
wine from 26 featured wineries.
Since its inaugural year in 1992, Côtes du Coeur has attracted more than 14,000 attendees and has
raised more than $8.9 million for cardiovascular research and heart health education programs.
Each year Côtes du Coeur presents the prestigious Tête de Cuvée (“Best of the Best”) Award to a
winery or individual in the wine industry for outstanding achievements in wine making and efforts to
promote a healthy lifestyle in compliance with the American Heart Association guidelines. The winner
for 2007 was Ken Wright of Ken Wright Cellars.
